I travel full-time for work, and I typically stay at Holiday Inn express and suites. This particular Holiday Inn express exceeded my expectations on all levels, curb a pill, atmosphere, cleanliness, a pool and a hot tub, which is not often found in hotels anymore,the king room, 65 inch flatscreen TV and the bed was very comfortable! The best part of my day was the exceptional service by the front desk… I even had a gold star on my hotel door indicating I was an IHG gold elite member! Oh, and I forgot to mention the infused water and warm cookies in the lobby… This was a first for me at a Holiday Inn express! HUGE KUDOS AMD THANK YOU TO THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT!!

Emma was amazing! IHG is blessed to have people like her as the face of the company and front line interaction with guests! She was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help my friends who were in town, and was able to help with a late check out — which REALLY helped them a lot! These few words don’t do justice to how they helped, but I’m a BIG BELIEVER when someone does good, to do the best I can to shout them out for it!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, clean, friendly staff, larger room than i was expecting. I usually stay in small boutique hotels and really had very little hope for a nice room. We didn’t have reservations, just showed up and check in was smooth. Glad we stayed here.

Of all the places I've stayed, this is my favorite. The works are friendly at the front desk. Morning time brings a tasty and hearty breakfast to kick off the day. I've got nothing but good things to say and look forward to staying here when in town.

Bathrooms toilets and tubs needs removing and replacing. We tried to separate rooms and both were exactly the same. I asked a housekeeper of the hotel were all the rooms in that condition and she responded YES . The manager got defensive and refused to move us for the third time and offered a refund. We cut the stay short and opted to leave the day before check out

We usually stay at this property anytime we are in Duncan. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast also are very good. My kids love the make your own pancake option.
