I was presently surprised by this hotel. I had a great experience. The staff is incredibly nice, everyone is so accommodating. The room sizes are spacious. The only issue that I have is how often the rooms are cleaned, which is every other day. For my preference, I need my trash taken out and fresh towels daily. Which again as I mentioned, that’s my preference, but I would definitely stay here again. All the ladies at the front desk were so kind, and Ms. Gail was exceptionally nice every morning at breakfast.

We love using them, but geez, please get new pillows, mattresses, and put a vent system in the bathrooms. Vacuum the room carpet. Breakfast was ample and better than most. The breakfast hostess was very accommodating and pleasant. We did notice at times the front desk would be empty. Very odd

We didn’t get the correct room, all 3 rooms were extremely dirty. Floors were sticky. Beds were awful.

Maid service was odd/non-existent
It was great thw only low was we were there 3 nights and never had maid service. I had to go ask for towels and when I asked about trash i was handed 4 trashbags and told to leave my full bags in the hall. Then the morning we werw to check out they tried to come in 2 times before 9 to turn over the room. Checkout was 11am.

My favorite lodging facility when I come from Texas to visit family and friends in upstate SC.4 or 5 visits over last 5 years.Clean,comfortable,Secure, friendly and helpful staff.
