Loved everything about this hotel - location (next to a big shopping mall), great customer service, breakfast was delicious. Room was modern, spacious & clean. Highly recommended!

The experience was phenomenal! All staff were very friendly and went the extra mile in terms of service. The location is great, being right next to a mall so it’s easy to find something to do. Highly recommend their spa!

love everything about this hotel! breakfast was quite good with many selections, service was excellent, next to a mall and room was one of the best in surabaya so far! this hotel is considered quite old but they still managed to keep everything like new and clean. def recommend and will be back ❤️

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights was a nice experience.. connected to the mall, easy to grab some food at there.. staffs was friendly and humble.. they also allowed me to enter the room before 3PM when the room is ready..

Decent hotel but leave us wanting as a 5 star. The bathroom could be cleaner. Bed is the best so far in Surabaya. Location is perfect near good food and mall.
