One of my favourite hotel in sichuan. Spacious, clean and beautiful space. Ordered room service for dinner, the food taste just average & it’s on the pricey side. Other than that everything else is fine.

I tried out the hotel for its tranquil modern Chinese contemporary concept and architecture. It turns out to be brilliantly wonderful experience. A housekeeper will be assigned to support your daily needs and answer to your asks especially each is a private terrace or double storey villa. You need to be driven in the buggy to reach hotel lobby for breakfast or to hotel front entrance to walk across the road where there’s a big mall. While the mall isn’t fantastic, the hotel location is still ideal to reach Dujiangyan and Qingcheng mountain within 15-20mins. Take didi is trusted as there is no subway. The tram train is available however I think the Didi is highly recommended. Overall was a good experience with attentiveness and great accommodation.

Our first booked room left much to be desired, dirty windows and unkept lawn with many insects in the courtyard. I asked for a room change and management swiftly not only changed but also upgraded us to a two bedroom villa and were very apologetic. I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend this place to all families and couples.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

It was an unexpected trip back home. This hotel was the most unexpected one for the many days of traveling from Canada to Chengdu. The room is very well designed and expensive. Every place is ingenious in the new Chinese style. Every shot is a scene. The private soup in the yard at night is very comfortable. The housekeeper Betty Tingting is great, responsive and professional! From the room to the lobby, you need a shuttle bus, which is available on call. From the cleaning auntie to the shuttle bus waiter💁, everyone is polite and enthusiastic, helping with luggage, and it is very convenient for us to park our car at the door. The breakfast is very special. Peng Baozi has a good review. I have introduced my friends to experience it. Songpin is really good quality👌

The breakfast is good, the villa is antique, the greenery of the whole park is very beautiful, the room is large, with two floors, the bedding is very comfortable, you can play mahjong downstairs, and you can also take a private bath, which is very comfortable. If you have any questions, just communicate with the guest relations director with a smile, and he will give you a satisfactory solution in the first time. I will come to enjoy it next time

The Songpin Hotel where we stayed during skiing is just opposite Sunac. The housekeeper Kiko was very considerate and helped us upgrade the room type when we went there. She also responded to our various questions in a timely manner. The room environment is very good and quiet. The housekeeper will prepare the water for the hot spring in advance, and it is also a special experience to take a bath in the rain at night.

It was a pleasant surprise to book Songping Hotel near Chengrong Skiing this time. First of all, the room is very large, and the independent courtyard is private. There are two floors, front and back yards, a bright hall, a bright bathroom, and a bright bedroom. There is a private bath and lounge chairs in the backyard. There is a large terrace, a large dressing room, and a bathroom on the second floor. The first floor is 3.5 meters high, and the decoration is simple and elegant. There are two small patios between the front hall and the main hall, with lighting and ventilation. The hotel lobby faces a living water lake, with lush water plants on the lakeside and swans swimming in the lake. It is said that the lake water is drawn from a tributary of the Minjiang River, and the water quality is also good. The lake is open, and Zhaogong Mountain, the God of Wealth, is clearly visible in the distance. The girl at the front desk said that if you come in winter when the weather is good, you can see snow-capped mountains farther away. The lobby is more than 50 meters high, with two huge red lacquer paintings, asking about Qingcheng Mountain and looking at the water Dujiangyan. There are also Chengdu-style Fuwa and bird cages on the front porch, which are very good for checking in and taking photos. The three hotels around the lake are all owned by Sunac and operated by Huazhu. The service is pretty good. Particularly worth mentioning is their housekeepers. The girls are dressed in red and black, and they look like court ladies. The explanations are very thorough, the communication is very timely, and any feedback can be responded to in a timely manner. Finally, let me mention skiing. This is my first time to Chengdu Sunac. I feel that the ski trail design is better than that of Shanghai Lingang. The beginner, intermediate and advanced trails are all straight trails. The advanced trail has a slope of 21° and a decent width. The short ski trail is a natural defect of the indoor ski resort. There is no way around it. Fortunately, there is almost no queue for the cable car, so the efficiency is still acceptable. Of course, the only drawback is that the shoes provided by the ski resort are too dirty and smelly, but I can bear with it. Next time, I will put a copy of my discarded old shoes and equipment in Chengdu, so that I can come here every year when I return to my hometown. It is still okay to ski.

The rooms at Songpin Hotel are all private, with private hot springs, pavilions and lounge chairs in the courtyard. The rooms are decorated in Song style, which is very grand. There is organic hemp in the living room, two sofas, one of which can be used as a single bed for rest. The housekeeper Betty will add WeChat, and you can contact her at any time if you have any needs or questions. She responds quickly and provides thoughtful service. It is suitable for family leisure travel

Qingcheng Songpin Hotel is a high-quality family leisure resort hotel. The overall environment is integrated into nature. The courtyard design is extremely in line with the Chinese aesthetics. It is very relaxing. It is very close to Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan. The service level is very high, the customer service is quick to respond, and the facilities are complete, especially the swimming pool and private hot spring are exquisite. Next time, I will definitely bring my parents to experience it.

She was enthusiastic, responsible and patient, and gave me a full score💯 We booked 4 rooms, and they upgraded them for us, and tried to let us check in earlier according to the cleaning situation on the day. The hotel is booked temporarily. The hotel lobby is very grand. The check-in procedure is simple. Parking is convenient. The rooms are one by one. It is relatively quiet. Whenever I go to a city, I must stay at Songpin Hotel. The environment of Songpin Hotel in Chengdu is particularly good, and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance.
