Nearby City centre. Friendly staff. Got everything we need.

Excellent location: we wanted to visit the Christmas market and it was very close by. Parking (€12 for 24h) is sufficient available and very accessible from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, rooms very clean and staff very friendly.

Great room and breakfast but the location is a bit far from the station

Nice room with practical furniture, comfortable bed, sufficient lighting and a nice bathroom. Nice extras such as coffee, water and refrigerator in the room. Also no shortage of power outlets. Entrance hall room is an extra asset.

Breakfast was very good and luckily served until 10:30 a.m. because it was school holidays. The room was nice, too, although a bit small, but we had booked the cheapest category. However, we chose this hotel because of the pool and sauna. The pool was broken and unusable. The sauna is actually available from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., but you have to call ahead or wait half an hour to use it in the morning. That's not a problem, but if you don't know, it's simply annoying. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time! It's a shame, because this could have been avoided with proper communication.

The hotel was very good, but the waitress/receptionist at the breakfast buffet was very inhospitable. You didn't feel welcome, more like a supplicant. Typically German, always with the didactic, raised index finger. It was a shame, it ruined my day and from then on I only went into the city for breakfast.

It is within walking distance to the train station and the city center. The hotel rooms are small and the facilities are a bit old, but for this price, I think it is very cost-effective.

Everything was okay, highly recommended for the second time there.

During the European Cup, the hotel prices in Düsseldorf and Dortmund increased significantly. I chose Düsseldorf, which is very close to the main fire station and within walking distance. The hotel staff was also very nice and helped to store the luggage. The room size is OK

The hotel is in a good location, very close to Duisburg Central Station and Duisburg Canal Bridge. There are shops such as Turkish kebab shop and bakery nearby.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Rooms are clean at first glance but at second glance there are clear negative points.
