Hotel has amazing staff from front desk to maids to the waitstaff at restaurant on first floor and rooftop. We held a wedding at Vaso on the rooftop and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. It was a perfect day. Not only accommodating, but unprompted compliments were given about the event. Our DJ even complimented how great the staff was. Parking is free at this hotel, rooms are nice, everything is walkable for entertainment and food. Coffee available very early in the morning in the lobby which always is my favorite. Only drawback is the gym isn’t huge and there is no pool at hotel. I am sure there are many local pools though if you are looking for one. Area is very safe at all hours and a lot of fun. Try Pins or Sandbox VR for fun! Rebol has amazing food too. And of course Vaso is where to get drinks, enjoy the view and to eat on the rooftop. The chef designs many great dishes

Disappointed
Would be nice if they explained things to you not just heres your money bye now good thing there was couple that explained how we find your room and how the keys and everything worked. Wont be back.

$350 a night?
$350 a night???? You better impress me…..Place is brand new and modern. Overall has a great feel. Struggled with some room issues. Takes forever to get hot water, bathroom sink very very slow draining and music across the street from a bar at night kept me up until 130 am.

The hotel has no concierge but the receptionists go out of their way to help. I especially appreciated Ray who took my hot water bottle and filled it with very hot water. A miracle to find someone who knew what a hot water bottle was; a blessing to have it filled so readily and helpfully.

Great location to the zoo. Lots of choices for eating. Hotel has a fabulous roof top restaurant with Happy Hour. Drinks were top notch! Service & rooms were the best.
