The chapels were over the expectations, what an experience it is, is a must if you're there. The place was spotless, staff was great, there's nothing to complain about. I'll definitely stay again when in Dublin.

Security issue There was a thief trying to steal my iPhone when I was sleeping. At 3:25 on 14.July I was sleeping at Chapel Gallery Room bed 4. A lady at bed 3 climbed up my  bed,  stretching her hand to the small table above my bed and trying to steal my iPhone on the table. Because the bed was shocking, I was awake in shock realizing somebody on my bed trying to steal my phone. I was screaming and she was shocked and running away. Fortunately, my phone was not gone. There is no security measurements in this hostel.  This suspicious lady claimed that she did not steal my iPhone. She just took a shower and put the towel…. There are some her fingerprints on my phone. There are evidences. But my phone is still there. I can not send her to the police. By this terrible experience, please do not accommodate in this hostel. They do not have any security measurements to provide this thing happen.

Excellent value for money - clean spacious dorms and good location with convenient transport links. The chapel experience is very quirky.

It was a very good stay. The staff at reception were amazing and I will come back again when I visit Dublin. Hopefully the construction is finished by then as well

I stayed in a dormitory room and luckily it wasn’t too noisy during the night. The bed was clean and had power outlets, which was very convenient. I recommend bringing your own padlock for the locker, otherwise you’ll need to pay €4 to get one. The price is a bit high — €50 for one night in a dorm with around 30 people — but the location is excellent, right in the city center.

Hostel is cozy and clean. Location is good and beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite. They let me to leave my luggage there even though I arrived early in the morning. Unfortunately, there was an older person with some health and breathing conditions that didn’t let anyone sleep in our dorm room. He could even barely walk up the stairs to the third floor not to mention climbing onto the upper bunk. I think that this kind of situation should be reconsidered with care and solution for everyone.

Location is good breakfast is great. Staff are friendlt the price is reasonable. The rooms are warm enough , there kitchen for the guest to make their own cooking , everything is quite perfect

Very pleasantly surprised with the hostel, unique and quirky, stayed in the chapel/ convent part, and very happy with all the amenities. Spotlessly clean, plenty of showers, wash areas. Breakfast facilities more than enough. A great place to stay if visiting Dublin. Will definitely return.

The place was very clean. Breakfast was good. I just struggled as I wasn't able to relax with the sleeping arrangement. I was nervous. Not the fault of the hostel, just me.

Staff at the reception are unprofessional and grumpy arrogant like a little girl who is claiming herself as a supervisor while she is unable to speak good English, unprofessional, grumpy and arrogant despite the fact that she is coming newly from Brazil like many Brazilians are doing in the last period, she has to have respect for the guests who are paying money and they are even EU citizen, she has to learn how to be kind and polite from the Irish who are giving her hospitality and possibility to work in Ireland, I'm totally frustrated from her ugly manner, she was arrogant and unreasonable as I stayed entire night in a room with water leaking from the ceiling, dirty water coming from the toilet upstairs, please see photos attached, my mattress was wet full of dirty water and other beds next to mine, they even refused to refund the money I paid as a compensation for the inconvenience caused, even my passport was about to be damaged from the water, even with that, her and the managers who are hiring her who are all Brazilian, the entire staff Brazilian against the law of conflict of interests, they know they are wrong, that's why they won't welcome me again because I complained about them, they came from their country I don't know how, maybe with students visa, but they come all placed in hostels for work, they abuse of the people who are looking for accommodation, they leave them in terrible situations, they never admitted their faults and bad conditions of their beds and mattresses, rooms and bathrooms leaking, they haythe right to abuse and to refuse any compensation. Please see the photos attached, it explains everything ! I will report them and I will claim the refund for the money I have paid, they damaged my hand bag, my passport, and other stuff. See some pictures showing the beds conditions, basically we pay money to stay all night awake because of the noise these beds are causing every time someone is moving on it, please see how beds are wet and full of water, my passport and my bag that I washed from the dirty water coming from the toilet upstairs! They are abusers and they should pay for that, they are taking over most of the accommodation facilities in Ireland despite the fact that they come from Brazil! They shouldn't be allowed to continue abusing the accommodation situation in Ireland, it is unacceptable.

Nice looking room, all clean and in good condition. Quite enjoyable for a hostel.

Great place to stay ! I feel really welcome. The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect location if you want to stay close to the most famous streets in Dublin. I will definitely recommend it to students and tourists. 👍
