I always stay here when I'm in Columbus. The facilities are all clean and the rooms are comfortable. The showers work well and there's no inconvenience.

I would like to start with the positives. All the employees were EXTREMELY kind and helpful. From front desk to housekeeping, what a great group of folks that work here. Location is perfect for the Irish Fest. Now onto the bad and I mean bad...in our room the couch and chair was COVERED in stains. The couch looked like it was picked out of someone's garbage. The ottoman had rips all over it. The stains were so bad we did not sit on either of them. With it being Irish Fest weekend there was no other option for a room so we were stuck. The hotel needs a major refresh! The elvarors even sounded like they were falling apart. With what Hilton charges for rooms, this is ridiculous. We come to the festival every year and stayed here a few years ago with no issues. Come on Hilton...you can do better!

I stayed here recently for work. I wanted to highlight Jessica from the front desk, who was amazing! She made sure I had extra provisions for my room, and took care of all of my needs with a wonderful smile! Her attention to detail was excellent. My room was also very clean, nice, and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean but many problems
Hotel was clean but it was hard to get towels and sheets for room. 2 nights I had no sheets. Breakfast bar had no fresh fruit- no bananas or apples. It was difficult to get housekeeping to come- had to request multiple times.
The pillows were horrific and the bedding was so old.

Must be a fairly new hotel. The room was spotless. The kitchen area had everything I needed. I can't imagine anyone leaving a bad review for this hotel.

Location is approximately 15 minutes from downtown. Great area to stay. Had all the amenities needed. Great parking.
