Quest Dubbo

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Life is good when All is good. nice view from the room of the sunset too. 

The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff were also fabulous!

Cleanliness and technology need addressing. After staying at another quest. We had high expectations

The best part about this stay was the reception staff, Bec was amazing and went out of her way to assist us. Arrived in our room and discovered our air con was not working, so Bec had a look and confirmed it had error codes. In the mean time she had found us another room and put the air con on for us. The new room was warm when we arrived and that was the best part of the room. I guess the cleaners don’t check draws when cleaning as we discovered 4 children’s fluffy toys that had been left behind in the bedside tables . We gave them to reception in the hope they would be reunited with there owners. We asked reception on Saturday morning if we could get a new lightbulb as the bedside table one had blown, the supervisor came in looked at it and advised us they would have to wait until Monday as they didn’t have any. We were leaving on Sunday. We found a broken plate in the cupboard, a used dental floss pick on the floor in the lounge. The master bed was on a strange angle after further investigation, it seemed half of the bed had no legs. The spare bedroom the door handle had been put on backwards, the lounge windowsill was rotten in several places. For the prices they charge for the stay, we were very disappointed in the property, Quest hotels use to have a good name, but now the quality just isn’t there.

Excellent accomodation in a great location. Staff were very helpful and addressed some confusion we had regarding our booking. We would be more than happy to stay again.
