The location of the hotel is very good. The Suhe River is accompanied by the brightly lit New Langya, especially the night scenery is very beautiful. The guest relations sister Kiki was very gentle and enthusiastic. She introduced the hotel facilities and environment of Linyi's characteristic attractions. It is autumn now and the air-conditioning temperature is just right. The engineering department has done a good job. It is still recommended to come to Linyi and choose to stay here. The drinks in the small refrigerator in the room are also free. Few hotels have a bright spot. After getting off the car, there are staff who take the initiative to help open the car door and take the luggage. They are very enthusiastic. I look forward to coming to the warm Pullman next time.

We rented in the apartment section. it’s a very nice size apartment and comes with a small kitchen and living room. If you’re going to be in the area and have a family, this is highly recommended.

It's first time to Dubai for 13-18一Nov 2024, Overall we have great time to stay. Locallation little bit far about 30-40min but near metro by walking distance. Green line to old town and red line to to city . Room service little slowly due event season. I will highly recommend and stay again.

Amazing, upgraded room as it was my birthday. Very clean, food is lovely. Pictures are taken from video so not as clear however I was on the 48th floor with the city view. Great customer service. I would visit again!

I find this hotel neat and clean. All repairs are done on time and facilities are shining. But what I value the most is Customer Support. All the hotel staff has exceptional high standards to treat visitors (in the restaurant, reception, any other person in the hotel). Overall, it was a good hotel worthy of a 5-star rating. We had to move rooms due to a broken bathroom door, and my family was happy that they upgraded us. However, the location was a bit inconvenient to walk around, and the attitude of some of the front desk staff was the most stiff compared to my experience in global 5-star hotels - even 4-star hotels. There was no smile, and they were very business-like, and they didn't seem to care about people who weren't used to Arabic English pronunciation. I think the facilities are important, but the friendliness of the hotel front desk is more important, so I'm not sure if I'll use it again next time.

The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
