Amazing service, very accomodating and friendly. We came much earlier than our check in time but since we didn’t stay during peak season they let us check in early and allowed us to eat at the breakfast buffet. The location is average, you must take taxi to main attractions (Burj Khalifa, Dubai mall), but there’s easy access to The View Palm Jumeirah shopping Centre, just a 5-10min walk, and private beach and Pool access with view of Dubai eye.

The Hotel is fresh . Has acsess to the beach. The hotel GM is friendly and always around to ensure the guest satisfaction. However, However overall ambiance is terrible. Full of russions. the hotel staff approaches you im Russian langue. Some of the staff member refuse to speack english. Terrible experience. We planned to spend 10 day vacation, but because of the Russians and hotels approach, in 2 days we had to move to another hotel. Do not recommend . No feeling as if you are in dubai. Feels like a subburb somwhehe in Sverdlovsk, Russian province . Disapointed

Great location, 10 mins walk through the park to the mall. 5 mins walk to the metro station. The beach is beautiful with free access for hotel guests. Reminder that all of the restaurants at the hotel is not part of hotel so you can’t bill it to your room. Hotel is quite new and in good shape.
