Very recommended hotel. The waiters were super enthusiastic. They gave us a dessert in the room when we checked in, which was very warm. The room is super big, the largest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is a swimming pool and a horse farm next to it, where various equestrian activities are sometimes held. The hotel is about twenty minutes' drive from the city. It's only ten minutes' drive from Longcheng.

Room was nice, pillows and bed are the best, clean room, housekeeping did a good job. .The team has been really great! Kudos to Timothy, Reddy, Abdullah and Hammad. Samada Spa was also a nice at the basement. Breakfast in Epicure was good, they got healthy options.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious, with only 39 rooms, making it feel unique and intimate. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional. Yasaf made check-in special, and Shahid was always available to assist. Ms. Narea gave an excellent tour, explaining all the hotel facilities; she is both professional and kind. Thanks to Youssef for organizing our visit to the horse stables, and to David for providing a fantastic tour. The spa is lovely, and the staff is incredibly kind. Special thanks to Angelica! I highly recommend Melia Desert Palm for a peaceful escape from the city.

Woooow this was the best anniversary ever. The suit room was amazing just what I needed. Mary&Yan I wanna say thank you and a big hug for making my room with Love, you made my stay exquisite . I Love each and every detail you did and made sure I had the best. This was more than 100% score I can give. The Team too is so friendly. From the reception to the restaurant, to the spa and gym 🤗🤗.
