Not enough variety for breakfast, it was very basic. Ladies toilets and steam room by the pool wasn’t working through out our stay, which was very disappointing as we had to go back to the room to use toilets. Shower in room took ages for it to actually come on. Apart from the location nothing good to say about this hotel

Very nice Hotel, but i had issue where people park their vehicles at ev parking , blocking people from charging their evs cars.

This place is quite good, but I can hear everything from next door, I asked lobby to make quite someone shouted through thr phone during 1 am. Except for that, breakfast, location, condition was great.

The hotel is one of the distinguished hotels in Dubai, close to services such as restaurants and Mall of the Emirates, in addition to the fact that they have free buses to Dubai Mall.

This is a hotel that makes people feel warm. The service staff are very good, especially Mr. Paulo, who carefully and patiently helped me and my team solve difficult problems. I would like to express my gratitude. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are new, the breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. In addition, the bar located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel is also a good choice. The room has a view of the Burj Al Arab Hotel, and the outdoor swimming pool is also a good place to relax and watch the scenery.
