Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina Reviews

Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the in-room services—like the affordable ironing—were impressive. A delightful surprise birthday cake made it extra special. Just note that basic amenities like toothpaste or a comb need to be requested. Overall, a memorable experience!

The room telephone was out of order and no front desk no. Provided inside the room, I need to physically went to G/F counter to get help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. It was a great experience from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. Top-notch service at the front desk during check-in by Swaraj, the bellboys, room service, and breakfast staff. WE did not use the pool or gym, so cannot comment on that. WE did enjoy an awesome breakfast each morning with different options each day at the live cooking station. The food selection was great, and the quality was good too. The service by all the staff at the restaurant was excellent as well. The location in the Marina great - walking distance to the Marina Mall as well as various dinner cruise piers. The hotel back door opens directly onto the Marina promenade - we just wish we had the time to do a long walk on the promenade - it looks really good. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved my stay at this hotel, the staff were excellent and super helpful, the room was cute (city view wasn’t great) and the breakfast was fantastic! The view from the marina was quite nice and it was super convenient to go to the Marina mall.

We are family of 3 with a child. We booked premium king room with Marina view which appeared to be super miniature. The reception at the hotel was not that friendly in a way that they acted mechanically not giving a piece of useful information about working hours of buffet, pool and so on. Buffet service was greatly organized without any queues in the morning. The food was delicious. In the evening, there were a bunch of Europeans and Americans who were heavily drinking and reveling wildly.

Proximity to Haram is great. Pricing is expensive. Food quality below average for this cost. Service and staff are all professionals are helpful.

Overall its good but the breakfast staff arent the most attentive type. Hotel has good view and is in a good location

Breakfast was enjoyable. Pretty wide range of food to choose from - their cheese omelet is on point - very popular too! Service: They don't have a lot of toiletries like cotton buds/cotton pads - so it is a bit inconvenient for ladies mostly - as you might want to bring your makeup removers/wipes. Location: The fact we didn't get drenched/flooded too heavily by the thunderstorm, it spoke for itself really.
