The hotel is a bit old but it doesn't affect its beauty. It would be better if there were more Chinese waiters. The environment and location are excellent, and the service and breakfast are great

This hotel is really not overrated! When checking in, a white guy who can speak Chinese came to receive us. According to him, his mother is from Sichuan 😂, which was quite a surprise. The hotel rooms are distributed in villas (mansions), ensuring a quiet and elegant environment. The rooms are not as old as I worried before coming. Instead, they are well maintained, clean, tidy, comfortable and atmospheric. The beach is a completely private beach, and there will be no tourists to disturb, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool is very suitable for lying down and playing, if it is not too hot at noon, you can lie there all day. Geographically, although the hotel is on Palm Island, it is very close to the Marina skyline on the coast, so it has both island and urban landscapes. Dinner needs to be reserved, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. I recommend 101 Restaurant. The candlelight dinner with sea view is amazing. The most worth mentioning is the service attitude. Every staff member you meet in the hotel will take the initiative to greet you with a smile and be ready to serve you at any time. No one will ignore you. Buggy responds quickly, and even if you ask them to wait after the buggy comes, they will wait respectfully. In addition, the minibar in our room cost 30 dirhams, which was waived when checking out. This kind of small details will make guests very comfortable. Overall, this hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

It feels like you are in a southern French wine estate. Every step is romantic. The trees and flowers are lush, the birds are singing happily, and the little rabbits are eating grass cutely. You can overlook the landscape of the modern city in the distance. The quality of the food is also great. The restaurant deserves its two Michelin stars. The resort is run with great care and provides an unforgettable and satisfying stay.

When I boarded a flight to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, I was told by the airline at the boarding gate that the UAE government would not accept my entry for unknown reasons. Therefore it cannot be done. I immediately tried to contact the hotel, hoping to refund part of the money after deducting the penalty, but the hotel was very unaccommodating and refused to refund part of the money even after providing evidence. (Another five-star hotel in Dubai does not have this problem.) Therefore, I would like to advise everyone to carefully consider whether to choose to stay in this hotel. 

The deposit has not been returned for a long time. Fortunately, I booked it through Ctrip, and Ctrip paid the money first. Such a good hotel actually did this. It's really frustrating.

The hotel in the depths of Palm Island has a great environment. If you time it right, you can see little rabbits. It has its own beach with few people. The staff are warm and considerate. There is an ice cream truck near the swimming pool. Breakfast is rich and you can choose indoor or outdoor. I like the green hydrangeas in the hotel very much, they are so beautiful!
