Amazing customer service from Mr Afaq, Ahmad and Sehab. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is very good, short walk to Mall of the Emirates.

Very big room but with following comments: 1. Many flies and not sure where it from 2. AC is extremely noisy 3. Overall cleanliness is not really good

Icon is at a great location near Mall of Emirates. Walking distance. Cabs are right outside the hotel making it very convenient. The staff are warm and always eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay there!

Great hotel with great staff and plenty of amenities nearby

Excellent hotel from every point of view. The staff at reception are very welcoming and very professional. The apartment is very spacious, clean and very well equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower. The swimming pool on the top floor is also lovely and very well maintained and also heated. I stayed 6 days and would return without any hesitation.

Close to Mall of Emirates so it is an advantage but the hotel is located in an area which I nice the sun risked, traffic jam starts on the tiny roads. So if you have a car, it is a night mare. The staff are friendly and helpful, from the guys at the door to the reception and the cleaners. Furniture is old and you have to wait for a while tell water gets hot if you plan a shower, otherwise it is a very cold shower.

The room size and location are good, but it's a little old, and you can't dry clothes. The toilet shower room leaks a lot, but there are no other problems. It's only about 7 or 8 minutes to the Emirates Mall and the subway station, which is very convenient. There are a lot of fresh food supermarkets opposite, and I cook for myself every day

The hotel is old and tired. The room is very large (we had a 2-bedroom apartment) It was very difficult to find a 2-bedroom room for a family in Dubai. The room smelled strongly of tobacco, although we booked a no smoking room - after complaining, they did not move us anywhere, supposedly everything was occupied, they just came and sprayed air fresheners..... The smell did not go away and did not disappear even after a long airing. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean. The soundproofing of the windows is very poor, you can hear a lot of street noise, if you are a light sleeper, this is not for you. We stayed for 1 night, I was glad that it was not longer. The pool on the roof is small, very shallow (only for children), and cloudy, and you can't call it cozy. But it works until 21. The cost of breakfast does not match what was indicated when booking on trip.com! 30 dirhams. Breakfast is average.

The service is not good. It always takes multiple times to communicate and confirm things.

Two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and three bathrooms. The room is large and has a kitchen for cooking. The kitchenware is also complete. The price-performance ratio is very high and this hotel is highly recommended. Five-star praise

It was clean, the staff were very polite and kind, and I would like to use it again when I travel to Dubai.
