這是這趟旅行住的最差勁的酒店👎🏿沒有之一！
首先，我們21點多抵達這個酒店園區門口，被保安攔下需要出示二維碼後才可以被允許進入，酒店在我們預訂之後並沒有發送過給我們任何訊息，並且預訂時也沒有提醒進入園區需要二維碼，聯繫酒店告知了郵箱地址，她竟然聽不懂！！！讓她出來接我們，她還不出來，在園區門口折騰了1h，終於在攜程客服的協調下總算是能入住了。辦理完入住後，第一次給的房卡竟然還刷不了，無奈衹能下樓再次辦理。最終關於酒店的環境，我以為這麼嚴苛的安保安防，酒店至少對得起2000元的價格，進房間後，更是小的可憐，跟國內如家一般，還沒有牙具毛巾拖鞋！總之，避雷該酒店！！！

房間非常小但非常乾淨，服務非常好，睡覺出乎意料的好。離neom非常近，步行五分鐘可以到達，在這個荒涼的土地，很好了

The front office reception support from Mallak and Nour was exemplary right thru' my long stay. Imran the driver was so much of a help words cannot describe . Nseef and Cavin at the all day dining was very cordial. House keeping Joan was very prompt to do up the room. Thank you. JC

Calvin has gone above and beyond! He has been extremely attentive all day, constantly making sure I am comfortable, I am extremely grateful! What is special, is that he treats each and every guest with the same level of respect and courtesy. He is an asset to the team and does an incredible job! Thank you Calvin!

The staff were really great and looked after me like a Pukka Sahib. Calvin in particular was excellent, always on hand being helpful and making sure Inhad everything I needed.

Amazing stay and the staff are incredible! Cherish, Aubrey, Calvin, Shahid, and the rest of the staff along with Mr. Wael were all warm, professional, striking the perfect balance of being helpful and engaging, but also giving me and my colleagues space to do business. I would note in particular that they always seemed to be thinking ahead of what I might need and being proactive to help. Even with all my time in Hilton and some of the top brands, this stands out. Thank you for the stay and I hope to be back again! Shannon
