This is a “Handicap Accessible”efficiency apartment being part of a single family home located in a very nice residential area in the Village of Dryden. 650 sq. ft. with a queen size bed, fully stocked kitchenette including, full bath/whirlpool tub/shower, internet TV, and WiFi.
Owners live upstairs and are fully Vaccinated for COVID-19.
Parking is conveniently adjacent to outside door.
Some nearby places to enjoy:
-Cayuga Lake (15 minutes away)
-Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail
-Hiking at one of the State Parks within a 1/2 hour of the house (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, (Taughannock Falls 45 minutes, and Watkins Glen 1 hour).

Great location for Cornell
This was a last minute change of plan and Steve was great about fitting me in. Super helpful and friendly. Had everything I needed, was close to Cornell and was very peaceful

Great stay for single person
A pretty good place for the price. There was no toilet paper or tissues though restocked, but after a day they brought new stuff down. They were very accommodating for my earlier check in and later check out. Overall a great stay I will consider in the future if I need a longer stay in the area again!

Great travel choices
The place was perfect for what we needed and at that price you could not be at it. It was as good as any Hotel room in the area and alot better on price. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent ground level Vrbo for a convalescent surgery patient
We were in a nice warm basement (built in to hill apartment), all in one room with a great whirlpool bath in the separate bathroom.

Tucked away but still convenient
This was the perfect location for what I needed to accomplish during my visit with comfortable accommodations. The rooms AC worked great in the August heat and the huge bathtub with shower pressure that I could ACTUALLY wash my hair with was a nice surprise! My only glitch was I had such a late arrival at 3am and had to use my phone flashlight to find my way to the keys then the door without any outdoor light. Gracious hosts, quick to respond to texts. As per previous review, I did hear footsteps above but they did not wake me up or affect my stay in any way.

Visiting kid in college
My husband and I were visiting our son for Family weekend at college. All hotels were booked from months in advance. I found this gem of a little place and we will be using it every time we visit our son from now on. Apt is clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Home owners who we met separately were wonderful. Location was perfect. 5 star for sure.
