The room is like a cabin. It is warm and clean. The faucet is comfortable. However, other facilities are a bit old. There is no service. The location is very convenient. It is next to the tourist center.

Easy checking, late checkout, they had a big group for dinner, but were great at serving and very friendly. Room was standard, but lovely and clean. Try their Gin, it is brewed local and was lovely.

Such a lovely place, 100% worth a visit! Amazing location, rooms, food and team. Shout out to Donald the Hotel Manager for going the extra mile to help me out during my stay, great guy. The hospitality of the hotel is seen not just in Donald but the team too, a great team all around everyone I spoke to was super friendly.

We stayed for one night whilst visiting the area. We were given room 33 which was in a separate building above the gift shop. The room was on the whole clean and comfortable. Although I would stay again, whilst there is nothing wrong with the hotel, apart from it being next door to the Loch Ness Centre there wasn’t really anything else that stood out (just my personal opinion). I was really looking forward to staying here but unfortunately it didn’t “wow” me.

Was due to stay for 1 night on 27th July- booked 2 rooms. It was difficult to find . The picture on the website was misleading and it really looked nice. However it didn’t match up by a long way. Reception was a poky desk just inside the entrance. No one there . Finally was checked in . We were staying in 2 lodge rooms. Lodge rooms in my mind conjure up a different picture to the actual ones we were given. On opening the door to the first one there was such an awful smell of dampness , the walls were clad in horrible dark wood and the bathroom carpet was dirty and again an awful smell . The second room was the same. We just couldn’t stay there even though it was only for 1 night. Those rooms were in desperate need of updating . We decided to leave , despite having paid for the rooms but found a lovely place to stay about 10 miles away.

Was a nightmare to find the hotel as pictures we found showed a different part of the hotel (outside rooms) and the reception was in the restaurant and the hotel entrance was just a black door. Room was ok and clean but felt more like a glorified hostel. The restaurant had a function at 6 so we had to eat early and then walked to a nearby pub for the evening as nowhere to relax apart from your room. Not at all what we expected.

We were very excited to stay here but were bitterly disappointed. We didn't properly check the room when we checked in because we were heading out. We got back to the room at 23:00, and we discovered that the bed was full of hair. The curly kind (use your imagination). Unfortunately, the reception was closed already, so we had to sleep on top of the bed, fully clothed, using the towels as blankets. I complained the next morning, and the person at reception responded, "Oh, that's not right. I'll tell housekeeping. " And that was it. I will NOT stay here again.
