Great hotel and great service. Would definitely stay again. Holiday inn always does a great job and this one was no different.

When we arrived at our room, it had not been made up. Beds were in disarray, towels on the floor, etc. We were given an upgraded room. 3rd night, room had not been made up. Beds were not made, towels were still on the floor. There was no way to call the front desk from the room phone, so we had to call the 10 digit number to even contact anyone. We reached the front desk on the outside line and requested new towels. The desk clerk came up after an argument, dropped off clean towels, was snippy and slammed the door on her way out. We couldn't get the TV to work. There was no way to scroll through the guide. No TV paper guide. We finally gave up. The soap dispenser for the sink was mounted above my head (I'm 5'2") and I had to stand on my tip toes to get soap. The bed linens and towels were thin. This was a horrible experience. In the end, the manager reduced our bill and was understanding, but the damage was already done.

I've stayed here a few years ago and was happy to return - the first trip was pretty good. This time I was passing through on my way driving back to California. In short, I needed a good night's sleep. I didn't get one. The A/C (necessary - outside temp at night was＞90F) turned on and off with a variety of loud noises periodically through the night. The fan function (to drone out the A/C off/on) was not working. To add to the misery, there's some environmental monitor on the ceiling that flashes a green light every 15 seconds or so. Not noticeable with the lights on, but not ignorable when trying to get to back to sleep after the A/C turns on. Not coming back.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the cleanliness of the rooms , and the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating.
Jonnie at the front desk was super helpful and well deserves recognition for her courtesy, warmth and charismatic personality. Even with renovation crew at work, our stay was very pleasant indeed!

There were dirty places in the hallway and by the ice machine. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not working. My sister and I had planned to visit by the pool all day Saturday. Because it wasn’t available, we had to change our plans for the day. Very disappointing. We should have been notified before we arrived.
The staff at the desk was very friendly.
