It takes about 20min to get to the city center. The breakfast is also fresh and good. The people there are also very friendly.

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

Wonderful stay. Nice breakfast. Friendly counter service. Will be back again.

It's a little inconvenient because it's a little far away, but the building was clean. It would be helpful if there was a microwave in the room or in the common area. There was a refrigerator. There was also a bathtub.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the light rail station. The location is remote. It is not convenient to take a taxi. It is not recommended for those who are not traveling by car. I booked it because of Marriott at first. But the service and facilities are not up to par. The air conditioner in the room is broken and the bathroom is very small.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing as it is rather far away from the city center. Our room was clean but rather basic. The in room safe did not work and the safety chain on the door was loose. Breakfast was really good with everything you could wish for. The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming.

The Courtyards are usually a bit bland. Completely different here. Well run house. The rooms are very clean, the WiFi is fast and stable, windows can be opened and the reading light on the bed is sufficiently bright. The gym is well equipped and the staff is pleasantly attentive. Great, dear Saxons. Finally, the breakfast is the finest, I would love to come back. Please hide the Haribo mixture in the executive area first, I can't resist ;)

The rooms do not match the photos on the website! Very dirty, very dirty! There are not even slippers and bathrobes in the rooms. We were given one small blanket for two, which looked more like a child's one. Very long service, we are very upset. Parking is paid, 1000 rubles per day. Better look at the photos.

Good hotel with very good breakfast. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. No housekeeping at the moment. There is a service car on the floor from which you can take the things you need, such as fresh towels. Paid parking space directly in front of the house. The area is not necessarily the most beautiful; on the way to the tram you pass some dilapidated houses.

here you can find a typical example of this, much of it still in its original state. The location is in the new town, but a little out of the way, parking right outside the door. The rooms are small, mine smelled a little, the shower/bathtub combination and the whole bathroom were left over from the 90s, everything was simple, standard and old. The breakfast was overcrowded, the selection was relatively large, the coffee was a fiasco. The wellness area was compact but nice, the staff friendly. All in all: the price/performance ratio is not good.
