We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was newly renovated and lovely. We ate dinner (we had the mountain trout) in the restaurant as well and it was absolutely delicious and of great quality. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a lot of different options to choose from. The people were helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is excellent for trips into the national park nearby. All in all we definitely recommend this place and would come back without hesitation if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

What a charming place ! The troll stairs, the grass covered roofs on the buildings made us feel like this was a different and authentic place to stay. The couple who seem to be running the place are also working hard in the kitchen. The dinner we had ( four of us had meatballs, potatoes and vegetables) was hearty and delicious. The big bowl of berries with whipped cream was delightful. Breakfast was excellent too with warm dishes, good bread , and all that Norwegians put on their bread for breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was excellent . The bathrooms were very clean as well with plenty of hot water and soap provided. If you want to go in to the souvenir shop you just have to ask in the reception and someone will open it up for you. This was a fantastic place to stay! Plenty of fresh air, good food, and a quiet nights sleep.

Great last minute stay. What a quaint place. The cabins are clean and comfortable. The Scandinavian vibe was so fun. We also saw a musk ox while we were there, what a special treat!

Mountain lodge A very nice place in located at the inland mountains in Norway. A perfect place if you like the nature and short drive to Snøhetta and Dombås.

Good stay Stopped for one night on a motorcycle tour and was really pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious and seemed to have been recently renovated. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and modern and it was quiet. Food in the evening was good (kitchen was open till 7:30pm) and breakfast was also good. The SNOHETTA viewpoint is just a few minutes drive north and worth a look if you are staying here. I'd definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the area.
