Overall decent stay Room needed paint finishing-looked primed but not completed… Shower good/beds comfortable Breakfast decent-didn’t like that you had to get butter, condiments and milk out of a small frig-too many people touching same thing makes for germ spreading … Huge pool and hot tub-didn’t see many using during our stay but nice area to sit Wish there was a workout room but wasn’t Personnel helpful but not very friendly.. Great location to downtown Saugatuck and Douglas…

Clean, affordable and near downtown Saugatuck. Excellent choice that comes with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

Staff was nice, property was clean and they were accommodating when checking out late. Rooms were a good size and the beds were firm and comforable.

The accommodations check off all the boxes for a mid-level hotel. Room was clean, breakfast offered a variety of food choices. Property is well maintained overall. Staff is friendly and professional.

The staff are very friendly and helpful; they were also very visible throughout the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool was a hit with the kids. The family was very happy with our stay. :) We recommend to others and will be staying here again.

It's a nice motel. Rooms were in decent shape. They looked clean. Overpriced for what they offer but it's a tourist trap area and I guess demand is high. I was mind-blown when we came back at midnight and a couple was at the front desk looking for a room and the front desk attendant told them "I have one, it's $294/night" which is the price I paid by reserving days in advance. So they'd rather keep a room completely empty with $0 in revenue instead of lowering the price. SMH Breakfast is what you'd expect: fake scrambled eggs, questionable sausage patties, bread/bagels/muffins, waffle machine. Didn't see anyone cleaning tables or even making sure food was ok during breakfast.
