Stayed here for 1 night while shopping in Dothan. Great customer service at the front desk every time we came in contact with someone. The rooms were clean and I loved that they had the a/c turned down cool so the room was not stuffy when arriving. Beds were very comfy and the pillows were so comfortable I wanted to take them home with me. Lobby was kept clean and saw the front desk mopping thru out the night. Great Job everyone for a great experience.

The desk girl was very friendly, lobby is very nice! Room was not cool when we came in, but turned AC on. Walked next door to Cracker Barrel for dinner n room was cool when we came back. Mini fridge kept drink cold. Microwave sparked after seconds, so made front desk lady aware of issue. Bathroom needs some attention! Toilet stain n mold around tub caulk. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Waffle at breakfast with coffee was very nice!verYyNICE.nice

We found a roach in the bathroom when my son was in there. It was hair in the shower and the tub wasn’t clean at all. The floors were not clean at all.

Great Location, Great Price, The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. Easy check in. Easy check out. We stoped on our way to cruise port.. We chose this hotel because of the price. It was a good call. The price doubled closer to the cruise port

I have a handicap bathroom because of my health, and I was unable to even take a shower because the showerhead was so gross with mold and dirt. I took a picture and showed it to the girl when I checked out that morning. Needless to say I will never return.

No housekeeping every day is a problem. Need to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper is an issue for me

Hotel is very basic. Allowed people to congregate after 11:30 pm in parking lot. Loud. Breakfast not so great. Front desk staff nice and courteous. Rooms were clean. Air-conditioning loud. Probably short staffed. Don't think we would stay there again.

The indoor pool is the reason we came but it IS NOT heated and was as cold as spring water. Other than that it’s a good hotel.
