The location is fine, but I can only guess in reference to the cleanliness and amenities. The service was beyond infuriating due to booking and prepaying for a room the night I needed it, and then not being allowed to check in to stay once I arrived. That made me angry, but the infuriating part stems from their refusal to issue a refund to me after I paid for a room I wasn’t allowed to use. Good luck trying to get them to respond to you, especially if they know you’re contacting them regarding the refund they refuse to give back for paid for rooms they won’t let you stay in.

Not the best honestly the bar is a good feture but not when ppl are yelling constantly they can be verry rude with service request an they have roaches

The hotel is a good spot to relax and stay . Could be better on breakfast but it’s decent. Love De at the front me and her always laughing . But some of there staff are nice and would make anything happen but not all . Other than that good vibes.

I was traveling home to Florida from a football game in Alabama. The room smelled of smoke and mildew but I had already paid and did not yet know what I was getting into. Problems: No running hot water in shower. Very little in sink Smell, filth, dirt, broken furniture, something disgusting in refrigerator, broken security door lock, missing trash can, and broken alarm clock. I had already paid and I was too tired to fight. I left without a shower and still exhausted. I WOULD NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP AGAIN IF IT WAS FREE. It is a health risk. Zero is not a low enough score.

If the rooms as nice as the lobby it would be excellent all the way. They were clean, bed was great. Breakfast good, except the coffee could walk it was so strong.

The hotel need repainting, quality bed linen and an overall remodeling. The breakfast was terrible as well as the coffee.
