"Near Heidelberg Hbf. Brand-new hotel. But the breakfast buffet is just so-so. No new food provided. Fruits are not good, at least not fit my taste. We ordered triple beds room, the third bed is really…casual. Just one bed in the bedstead. Not comfortable at all."

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and you can even make your own fresh vegetable juice. For stays of three nights, housekeeping isn't provided, but you can request fresh towels. The hotel has a car park, and at 15 Euros per day, the parking fee is quite reasonable. The hotel isn't very close to the old town, about a 30-minute walk. You can take a bus to the castle, and there's a bus stop conveniently located near the hotel."

"An absolutely unacceptable hotel! All complaints were simply ignored! I cannot recommend this hotel to any other guest!!! It's all about profit; everything else is secondary! And when undocumented workers are still painting the place over the Pentecost weekend, that says it all. Cheers!"
