A tip for hotel management: If you want to make money from late check out, then you should set the late check out time before the earliest check in time, not at the same time. When I arrived (15:00), I was told that due to a large number of late check out the day before, these guests left five minutes ago, so the room is not available now, and they could not tell me an estimated time (this is a NOTICE, I did not hear any sorry at that time. The front desk apologized when I checked out the next day). The hotel is very stylish and quiet, and for the hotel interior, it is worth the price. Just hope to improve coordination:)

Well located. Nice rooms. Good bed. BUT: check in and breakfast at different location - in my case I had to walk through the rain to do check in. This is rediciolous for a 4* hotel. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel is very interesting. The reception is in another nyce hotel 200 meters away. We searched around and finally found the right way. Surrounded by pedestrian streets and shopping malls, everything is very convenient. The room is very comfortable and quiet. The bedding is good. The rain is very hot and strong. The shower is very comfortable. The breakfast was great and there was hot tea. It was also available in the nyce hotel in that part of the country. The only pity is that there is no parking lot in the hotel. I parked in the shopping mall from 4pm to 1pm the next day and paid 27 euros.

The hotel stated check-in at 3 o'clock, but I waited until 3:30 from 2 o'clock and still told me that there was no room because the previous guest had not checked out yet. In the end, I waited for an hour and a half to get it done.

I went as per the address, but the reception was in a completely different building. I finally found it by asking people... It was suitable for a one-night stay, and the water in the shower room didn't drain well, so I just stayed there.

The check-in area and the accommodation are not together, parking is inconvenient, and breakfast is average.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, recommended!

I liked it quite well for my money.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during the Euros. Location - 5 minute walk from Dortmund Hbf. Around 10 min walking distance to the main squares so was ideal for getting around Dortmund. The hotel backs onto what appeared to be a homeless shelter so there are a few dodgy characters about and it can get a little noisy. Worth noting that this is a separate annexed building to NYCE Hotel Dortmund. You must go to the main building to check-in (which is not made very clear) however the Their Galerie building is literally 2 mins walk around the corner. Rooms - nice design and modern, as you would expect for a new hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side but more than enough space for 2 people. Very basic facilities e.g. clothes rack, shower gel, cups. Shower was temperamental, struggled to get it working properly as it was either boiling hot or ice cold. Beds were comfy. Room got really warm (it was 25 degrees in Dortmund over the weekend) and we could not get the room cool. Noise from traffic was prominent and persistent, and given we had to keep the windows open to keep the room cool it made the noise worse. Food - didn't get breakfast so can't comment. Price - paid over the odds given the Euros was on. I have seen the prices for other times of the year and think it seems a little overpriced for what it is. Overall a good hotel that was good as a crash pad whilst we attended the football. Would say this is the equivalent of a German Travelodge. Would stay again but only if it were cheaper; likely to be better hotels in Dortmund for the same normal price.

I stayed at this hotel, because I had to attend a performance at Dortmund Opera House in the evening and I didn't want to travel back home by train at late hours. The location is super: in the city centre, 5 minutes' walk both from the opera house and the railway station. Reception and breakfast services are located in the other Nyce Hotel building (Nyce Hotel Dortmund City, Kampstraße 102), just a few steps away, which is no problem. The room had a good size, though the bathroom was quite small, which is almost standard nowadays. They both were very clean. Among room facilities: wifi, safe, desk, armchair, hairdryer. Breakfast was very good, with a wide range of products and even a choice of loose teas! The staff is young and kind.

Price-performance ratio not entirely justified. Almost 170 per night for 2 people is very expensive. Staff friendly, breakfast good. On the plus side, we were allowed into our room 2 hours before check-in. Great bathroom.
