I will definitely stay here again when I come back Dortmund. The hotel is very clean. It is located in downtown so we can enjoy food, shopping etc. The price is reasonable. I love this hotel.

Cooles Hotel

Hotel room was clean and location was great. However, the lady at the reception was rude with an attitude. When checking out she said that our room wasnt paid, punched the amount into the credit card machine and asked for payment on the full room charges. When we showed her the booking that it was prepaid online, she asked for our room card. She took the room card and said 'ok bye' rudely and served the next person. Question: does hotel take payment at the end of one's stay during check out? Or was this her lackadaisical attitude towards her duty to check? Also most importantly, the staff in this hotel has integrity issues. We deposited our luggages and paperbag in their bag deposit room before going out. When we returned we realised that their staff had gone through the contents of our paperbag and stolen our cigars inside the paperbag. They left behind a few cigars behind to cover up their act. The bag deposit room is only accessible by their staff with a key card control hence unlikely to be taken by other customers. Although we have put them in a paperbag, there is no excuse for them invade the privacy of their customers by going through the contents of their belongings and take what they liked. Hence, do deposit your bags with them at your own risks.

Very good establishment, located in the heart of the city. Negative: Our first night, we were placed in a room where the door whistled. We had to change rooms due to the discomfort at 4 a.m. I thought a gesture of goodwill would have been made for the inconvenience, but no. Positive: Housekeeping is done daily. A complimentary bottle of water is provided daily.

The hotel room is large and has a microwave! The rooms next to the elevators are very quiet. The breakfast is average, you don’t have to try it! There is a supermarket and a train station downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Good location, near the railway station and the center. In the building there is a supermarket, around there are many restaurants, cafes and other shops. Beautiful room, large bathroom. Beautiful view from the window.

The hotel is located in the very center, it is very convenient if you do not have a car. Quiet, clean, not expensive.

No one cleaned the room after staying for two days. The facilities were average. The service staff was okay.

Within walking distance of the main train station, half hotel, half student residence. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for one night, the staff were friendly and the price-performance ratio was good!

Modern hotel, super centrally located, very close to the main train station and the shopping area. Nice furnishings, gym on two floors with various equipment, you can have breakfast outside for much cheaper.. we would love to come back
