"The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had a nice modern look for such a low price. The hotel offers great overall value for what you pay. ​Our stay did have a bit of a bumpy start because of a booking system glitch. We had reserved a room with two double beds, but upon arrival, they only had a room with one double bed available for us. Apparently, this system error happened to four other families that same day. However, the way the hotel handled it was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and the manager personally came over to apologize to us. They compensated us with a free breakfast buffet, and they provided extra blankets so I could comfortably sleep on the floor. ​The staff completely deserves a 10 out of 10 for their customer service. In terms of cleanliness, the bedroom itself was spotless, but the bathroom had a few missed spots. That being said, it was still cleaner than our last few hotels. It is a great budget option with fantastic service. 80 out of 100."

"The front desk staff were really great. The hotel has an unusual, artistic design throughout. It's very close to Dornbirn train station, and on Saturdays there's a big market right outside the hotel. There's a sauna, and we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves, just the two of us. However, the temperature only reached 55-60 degrees for some reason and wouldn't go higher. The bedding was surprisingly poor, the sheet was full of lint balls, and I don't understand how that's possible in a hotel like this; it was unpleasant to sleep on. The bathroom and all surfaces were clean, and it was quiet."

"Very new hotel, the room still has a little decoration smell, probably because they use environmentally friendly materials, you can't smell it if you don't pay attention. I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, and the front desk had already closed. I left the room card at the front desk and went to check in/out the next day. The front desk operation is the same as that of a star hotel, first pay the bill and then give the receipt (this is also a bit wasteful). The room has complete kitchenware, the bathroom is super large, and the room is a little crowded for three people. Everything else is very good"
