Owner Anthony and his team made our 40th wedding anniversary extra special with their thoughtfulness. Cristina and Chris at reception were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our cozy suite with an outdoor hot tub was perfect for relaxing after exploring. The breakfast was delicious—served with care each morning. We loved visiting the Cliffs of Moher, Gus O’Connors pub, and the charming village of Doolin. Highly recommend Doolin Inn for a memorable, relaxing getaway in a beautiful setting! We stayed for one night while traveling with a tour. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was large, nicely appointed and not too warm. Nice little store in the lobby. A short walk for dinner and music. Breakfast was outstanding! Thank you for a great stay!

We had such an incredible stay here for two nights. The staff are so lovely and friendly, they’re always checking in with you and seeing how your day went! The rooms and the inn were beautifully finished. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge! It’s a two minute drive to the pier where you can get a ferry over to the islands. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will definitely be back! Also Anthony’s restaurant is a must for dinner!

The last time I was in the area this building was the Doolin Hostel. And it was terrific then. But now- WOW! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with loads of storage. Our family room - a double + 2 twin beds- had a chest of drawers, a large area for hanging items, and higher storage. A seating bench as well as table with chairs was also in the room. And at no time did it feel crowded. The dining/ cafe area feels almost like it flows onto the outdoor patio, the floor to ceiling windows offer lovely views over the charming village shops and out to the ocean. And breakfast is delicious! Both hot items and Continental are on the buffet- and eggs made to order. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is terrific- you can walk to all the pubs in the village easily. Nice sized parking lot- and just across the street from the bus stop, if you're traveling that way.

Fantastic hotel, people, and location. The hotel's rooms are big enough. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, too. The breakfast was fantastic. And outdoor seating area nice, too. A couple of spots inside...Like a reading room. Withing walking distance of many nice places to eat and/or drink. And Cliffs of Moher just a short drive away. The staff were all very nice. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely stay. Highly recommend this Inn, a great spot for exploring the Cliffs of Moher and County Clare. The room was a little small, but totally fine for a few days, and excellently equipped with all the types of necessities and things you find in large hotel chains. The property is very well maintained, has onsite parking, the room very well cleaned, and the staff delightful and very accommodating. The property is adjacent to fun pubs, awesome restaurants, and beautiful horses and other great animals roam near by. We would definitely return to this Inn.

A wonderful inn with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and delicious home-cooked breakfasts. This place is a gem in Doolin. It also provides a great spot to explore the west of County Clare.

This review is based on a 17 night/5 property Irish road trip, so is relatively objective. I stayed solo for 2 nights in June. Easily found with adequate private parking in this busy village. Friendly and efficient staff throughout. The property is modern rather than ‘Country House’. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped bedroom with good quality linen and towels. Modern walk in shower bathroom. The lounge area is far too small for the number of rooms. Breakfast was to a high standard. I wouldn’t class this as a 4 star Country Inn, rather an upmarket B&B due to no restaurant (other than breakfast), served bar area and very small lounge. Snacks, drinks and coffee etc are available in the reception area. There is a very pleasant outside deck seating area, but it’s a BYO job! There are pubs and restaurants available in the village, all within walking distance, High season produces high room rates!
