老闆自住並自營，乾淨敞亮，還帶電梯。一層三個房間，每個房間都有洗手間，共享一個客廳，4大2小去玩剛好一個套間。陽台就能看到萬綠湖，樓下有私人車位，可以讓老闆幫忙留位置，就是斜坡考驗技術，停路邊也可以的。可能國慶人流量大，路口來往車輛非常頻繁，比較容易堵車。
