Wanlv Hakka Inn

1. There was no hot water in the room that cost more than 900 per night. The water was only a little warm and it was impossible to take a shower. The front desk said that the circuit breaker had tripped and it would be fine in an hour. But when I got up to brush my teeth in the morning, the water was still not hot. 2. The air conditioner was not heating (we booked three rooms, and the air conditioner in only one room was working). When I called the front desk, a man answered the phone and said that the maintenance man had gone home for the Chinese New Year and could not repair it. Not only was there no hint of apology in his tone of voice, but the most annoying thing was that he hung up on me! 3. A toilet in the bathroom was so dirty that it made me sick. I didn’t want to make myself sick any more, so I went to take pictures. There was feces all around the toilet, and there was also mold!

民宿雖然在景區但在房間看不到風景，房間挺大設施中規中矩，床墊太硬睡不好。 衞生一般般。 接待人員服務態度比較好。 早餐是現煮的豬肉米粉+煎蛋，還有熱豆漿，味道還行。

衞生：房間打掃得很乾凈。 環境：距離景區非常近，方便。住在半山腰，空氣超級好，鳥語花香，上面還有菜地。 設施：可以團建，燒烤，場地很大，適合舉辦活動。可以盪鞦韆，打乒乓球和羽毛球。 服務：服務很周到，幫忙代訂船票，比現場買便宜多了。

環境十分好

客棧地點離萬綠湖鏡花緣門口很近，房間衞生，服務員幫忙購買萬綠湖遊船票，有優惠。陽台有個鞦韆椅，下午曬得到太陽，早餐是豬肉米粉加雞蛋，有豆漿。就是房間衞生間沒有乾濕分離，沖涼的位置反而在靠門處。另外入住當晚是平安夜，有些客户1點多才回來，走廊裏大聲説話，吵醒了。

在景區裏面，風景很好，滿滿的負離子，下次還會再過來
