The hotel is a very good and clean hotel. Very quiet and away from too much busy roads. Next to the river with nice views. Great for a stop at the border town.

A young arrogant reception ( the one with glasses) refused to honour my booking, the advertised room with RIVERVIEW saying it was sold out and offering me a small room with no view. After calls to the owner she agreed to give me the room if I paid extra. After more discussion with her boss she relented after I threatened a poor review. This arguing took at least half an hour of stress and anxiety, the receptionist insisting my phone was the problem even though I showed her the screenshot of my booking confirmation. I went to reserve another night but had to agree to a higher price. I wanted to stay at least four nights but too stressful playing their game.

房間陳舊，牆壁剝落，房間設施基本完善，但是衞生沒有打掃，地上床上成團的頭髮都有，牆壁上蟲子很多。前台接待連個笑臉都沒有，好像別人欠了她多少錢似的。

房間很寬大，也很乾凈，關鍵是價格還便宜，這樣的配置價格應該在150-180的樣子，和我之前在國外住的那些酒店相比，這裏性價比真的是太好了，走來走去，還是我大中國最好。

房間還可以 能住就行 訂房高峯期，就是衞生的話處理的更好就好了 衞生稍微差了點 隔音沒那麼好 但是也能住 不過服務態度很好哦 還行吧 可以看到對岸噢

房子老舊天花板都是爛的，地理位置方便到口岸走路最多十分鐘，價格來説暑季算便宜了也不要求太多過渡一晚

衞生：衞生真的太馬虎了，桌子都沒擦乾淨，好臟。服務態度真的是有點絕，真的有點差。這種環境的能賣到這個價格也是真的衹有這個節假日吧。
