房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生，還有電梯上下，樓頂可以看到越南，房子後面隔一條小路就是中越友誼公園，性價比很高。離口岸很近，散步到北侖河三四分鐘，交通也便利，對面就有共享電單車。值得推薦。

來東興玩幾天，入住的這個民宿離口岸景區步行5分鐘就到，特別方便，而且非常乾淨，這價格我感覺物超所值，我們兩人入住的標間，晚上睡覺也舒服安靜，老闆人特別好，還幫我們做了攻略，強烈推薦！愛乾淨的可以放心來！

房間確實不錯，我和我的幾個朋友去東興玩，住這個酒店感覺很舒服，床很大很軟，然後位置很好，走一下就到口岸了，然後衞生間乾淨，房間很大，到了老闆還説免費升級床型，確實很好，大家試試就知道了！

這次旅行最驚喜的就是選擇了這家民宿！從進門的那一刻就感受到了滿滿的誠意——房間不僅寬敞明亮，裝修風格也超有品味，拍照打卡超級出片！

✨ 位置便利：步行5分鐘到夜市。

這次入住非常滿意！房間乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，床品舒適得像在家一樣～設施齊全（電梯WiFi/空調/熱水都很給力），細節處能看出房東的用心。地理位置也很方便，出來就是公園，且附近美食交通一應俱全。房東回覆消息超快，問題秒解決，態度超nice！下次來一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給朋友們～

停車方便，老闆熱情。頂樓還有晾曬區，一樓有廚房和大廳，很寬敞，電梯直達，帶長者和小孩方便，房間很乾凈整潔，設備很新，還有純紅木的傢俱，住起來舒適自在。
