酒店座落在島上森林中，酒店服務非常到位，管家服務熱情細緻，酒店環境完全是度假村風格，晚餐味道不錯，清蒸魚味道好極了！

東山島最美的度假村，沒有之一，這一面風景絕美，具有靜奢風格，早餐很豐富且温暖，很舒服，建議在酒店訂餐，能順口一些，管家式服務很周到，阿泗幫忙提箱子，會推薦周邊遊玩景點和餐館，當日有些水土不服，還和廚房聯繫提供了熬了白粥，温度計，煮了些茶，這是在外旅遊最需要的供給時刻，非常感謝阿泗，第二天下雨了但房間裏還是很暖和，個人體感雖然在海邊但是比城市酒店還暖和一點，總之本次出行體驗感非常好，去東山島強烈推薦。

設施：風景太絕啦！躺在床上正對着海上燈塔，日出日落盡收眼底。酒店設施很新，空調巨暖和，智能馬桶、空氣凈化器…
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，可提供開夜床服務。
環境：環境絕美，小朋友最愛挖沙子。成人休閑項目可以電動車騎行、無邊泳池、海邊棧道健步、發呆…
服務：管家KK很熱情！提前兩天電話聯繫，有小朋友，貼心詢問是否要準備床圍？酒店周圍用餐不方便，管家KK贈送了一頓正餐，量超大，沒吃完有點浪費，菜品味道不錯，食材也不錯，有皮皮蝦、蟶子、黃花魚等等…因為家人正好生日，KK還推薦了蛋糕店，幫收了蛋糕外送，贈送了長壽麪等等。離店還送了伴手禮。全程相當客氣，服務超棒。
歡迎果盤:有草莓車釐子人蔘果等5-6種吧。
提供特斯拉充電樁:有2個樁好像？我是油車。
客房功夫茶&中式茶點:茶葉有老白茶、大紅袍好像？我們泡的自己帶的，茶點還不錯。
