民宿在一個小區裏，小區的環境倒是還不錯，綠樹成蔭的，但可能是維護不好的原因吧！從電梯開始一直到房間的走廊過道都是臟亂差，自駕進小區也不太好找，入住的房間衞生打掃的很差，水龍頭也臟、房間煙味濃、花灑也是到處彪水，後來跟老闆説了，好在老闆給換了一個房間，稍好一點，小區很安靜，可以看到海景…

我們從上海過去的，去東山島，突然下雨，就臨時找了這家民宿，也沒啥期望的，但進到房間超乎我們的預期，房間寬敞明亮，老闆人也好，本來預期住一天的，但住的比較舒服就再續了一天，值得推薦
