please clean the room, check in at 3pm check out bfr 11am but get the same room as before when people come in. dust here and there. TV not working well. curtain problem. even near the shower there are worms.. the pillowcase has threads coming out. very disappointed with this kind of management. we are one family who want to relax in the car so the mood is good.

Mailbox that had been broken. Yesterday, we took the room key without key in any password.....I think it is very dangerous and we found the half bottle of water on the dining table...... is it they really did the cleaning services?
And in the next morning, I contacted the front officer, but did not get any response till now..... very disappointed to me

I dont have problem with the room, but the services is very bad, the time for check in is 3pm and you need to check out before 11am next day,you will be charged if you are late. The lift took so long since there is only 1 lift can use, for all manhattan suites they only have 1 lift. The day i check out i need to use the stairs from 8th floor with my luggage to going down so i can give back the keys on time (11pm). Its hard to find parking also.

At first we arrive and the door handle is broken and of course we ask to move another room but management said all room are fully booked. The sofa is broken, the tv is outdated even cant use netflix only youtube. The aircond in living room is dirty and need to service, and a bit smelly when we come inside. On positive side you can open the window on evening and you can see the sunset and its very nice and the heater functioning well and cheap than other room lah

Ants on kitchen table top which near to sink.
Aircond in my room is too loud, unable to sleep at night.
Pros is living room has ceiling fan n aircond wich helped to dry our clothes.
