時隔三個月再次入住酒店而且是同一個房間，感覺非常好，前台小姐姐，餐廳小姐姐，包括房間保潔大姐，服務都一如既往的好，温泉湯池也非常乾淨，環境非常好

不管是用餐還是住宿，服務都差了點意思，態度不算熱情，響應非常不及時，菜品也少，私湯的水要找服務員要卡才能放好，夜裡空調不夠暖和，衹蓋一床被子嫌冷，洗手盆早上沒熱水……同比浙江的酒店服務，差距巨大，可惜了這麼大的一塊地方，應該要再加強培訓員工，提升服務質量，改進硬件設施，增加娛樂親子項目，希望能越做越好！

第一，房間牆紙都翹起來了，服務員過來看了一眼，説要麼換房，但是同房型的房間沒有了，要麼升級，但是要補差價，這也是我第一次遇見，因為酒店房間的原因換房型還需要我補差價的，因為還有朋友在就算了。
第二，用房間打電話給前台讓送兩瓶水，前台讓我打電話給另一個號碼，我用房間電話打，竟然不顯示房間號。
第三，冬天去真的很荒涼，公園門票送了但是什麼都沒有，温泉送了門票沒有去。
第四，早餐9:30結束，去的稍晚，服務員提醒要收餐，我準備去拿一些，還沒走到餐邊，服務員已經收了，9:30都沒到，然後吃麪吧，燈直接全關，不管還有幾桌人沒吃完。
第五，自助晚餐，98元一個人，餐品12個，還都沒有補充，沒有了，家裡人多，大人孩子十來個人吃，要求拼桌，服務員説自助餐不存在拼桌。但是我在其他地方吃，都是可以拼的。
最後還是要説一句，可能因為我向酒店表達了不滿，送了我一箱紫薯。

房間比較一般，像是一個養老酒店改的。臨近春節去的，服務人員有點忙不過來。服務態度基本愛搭不理。接近中午過去，説預訂客房還沒打掃出來，讓等。那就在酒店餐廳吃一口吧。最後悔的決定。兩大一小，點了四個菜，基本除了西紅柿炒雞蛋能吃，其他的都是廚房刷碗大爺的做菜水平。連刷碗阿姨的水平都不如。簡直了☹️。建議真想吃，可以開車出園區去鎮上説不定有能吃的。6號樓房間舊了些，不過對應價格還挺好。所謂的森林公園，冬天去啥也沒有，荒草野地，枯樹。温泉還好。
