Response from Property: 尊敬的客人：感謝您入住東長酒店並分享您的建議！看見您的反饋，我們無比愧疚，深知有許多進步的空間。但是，在此，也想跟您分享員工表達的心聲：首先，您在網上下單的備註，需要加全套的小童用品（牙刷、拖鞋、枕頭等），我們也提前放入房間了。然而，接待您的當天，您看見我們房間裏暖心服務的牌牌內容，裏面16項增值服務，您幾乎都打電話到前台並要求一 一 加入去，我們員工也並全部給您送過去。而且，原本每間房衹配送最多2份的，但您一次性要了5支潤膚露，5把梳子，5個橡皮筋，5包洗衣液，抽紙6包，1000克大支裝的洗髮水和沐浴露各1支加進去並帶走了，以及綠茶包和刮鬍刀等等 ；這個量您可想而知，我們也正因為您的這個房間，服務員一個下午多次來回跑起碼近10次。到了晚上，我記得您説需要薑茶、花露水、洗衣液等，薑茶我們立馬安排中廚拿了新鮮的薑切片，用紅糖熬好熱氣騰騰的紅糖薑茶送到您的房間。人心肉做，我們是做服務行業，沒錯，但也希望我們的用心也能得到您的理解並尊重。如要在溝通過程中，前台員工讓您感到不舒適，很抱歉，我們也加強培訓好，希望您海量，給予機會，繼續監督我們的成長，謝謝！在此，我們全體員工祝您工作順利，家庭幸福！新年快樂~
