Room is small. Not enough washing machine, end up we have to wait until the next morning for our turn to use. Corridor is dim and dark. Lack of receptionist in the counter. Other than these, all are fine. Location is good.

Located at the prime area of Kyoto where the restaurants and bars are at. Rows of full bloom Sakuras along the canal just outside the premises. Shopping and Lawson / 7-Eleven are stone-throw away. A great location for couple. And yes, I got proposed here! (Explains the wedding band photo)

A return trip for us as we really enjoyed our stay here last time. The hotel is in a great location and access is simple to great restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Rooms are nicely arranged and amenities are good. Staff are helpful and courteous at all times and available to help when needed. A great hotel which would definitely be on my recommended list.
