Our favorite hotel in the whole trip around the south of Spain! Excellent service, super clean and modern room, awesome terrace with pool and view, great breakfast!

The location is good.but the clerks are not so friendly.

The room is bright and clean, and the hotel service is excellent and very welcoming. The hotel also helped upgrade the room and gave us Christmas gifts, which was really great! The hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 15-minute walk from attractions, but not as noisy as some old streets. Highly recommended.

It has complete facilities and an excellent location, just a few steps away from the core old town of Seville. . The surrounding area is dotted with bars and restaurants. . .

The location is very good, and it is convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The staff are very polite and answer all inquiries in detail. The only drawback is that the breakfast is not suitable for Chinese stomachs. One meal is OK, and we booked three consecutive nights. The hotel gave a small gift and upgraded the room type. The overall experience is good.

Because the renovation is not yet completed, some elevators are not working, so if you live on the 4th floor, you need to go to the 6th floor and then walk to the 4th floor to go up, and you need to go to the 3rd floor to take the elevator to go down, which is inconvenient. But the location of the hotel is very good, it is within walking distance of the attractions, and the hotel staff are warm and thoughtful.

It's an older hotel. The room facilities are OK. There are toothbrushes and slippers. The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. However, the soundproofing of the windows in this room is really bad. You can hear people talking outside. It's just so-so.

The room is clean and tidy, there are welcome snacks when you check in, the service staff is very enthusiastic, it's not bad, you can walk to the bus station in Plaza de Armas, and it's not far from the river, you can take a walk in the evening and morning

Facilities: This hotel was built in 1997. Although it has been renovated, it still looks a bit old. There is air conditioning and the heating effect is very good. The shower water is big and hot. Hygiene: Great! Very clean. Environment: It is a bit far from the main attractions, but the main attractions in Seville are relatively concentrated. It can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, which is acceptable to us. The main airport bus station is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient for traveling with large luggage, because the main city area is all square roads, and it is difficult to pull luggage. Service: The front desk staff is really nice. We arrived too late, and told him that we had to go to dinner quickly or the store would be closed, and whether we could leave the luggage at the front desk first. The front desk quickly checked us in, and when we returned to the hotel, we found that he had helped us move our luggage into the room. But... my facial cleanser sample was probably thrown away by the cleaning lady🤣 because I used a refill bottle without any label and placed it next to the hotel's own shampoo, and it was gone when I came back... Btw, there is a Korean restaurant next to the hotel called Danbam Korean bar Sevilla, which is really delicious... (It's the one I rushed to eat at on the first night🤤)

The hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing in Seville, North and South. If you are planning a trip to Portugal by bus, it is conveniently located 6 minutes from the bus terminal. The service is good and the breakfast is delicious. I especially liked the machine where you can squeeze fresh orange juice. One thing that is disappointing is that the elevator is too small. The big elevator is currently under maintenance and can only go up and not down to the lower floors. Other than that, I am satisfied!

The room was large and clean, and the front desk was warm and thoughtful. We checked in at nearly 2 a.m., and the front desk had already prepared the room card and showed us how to get around with a map, which was very considerate.

The room is big and the location is good, but the service is not good. When checking in, the front desk was chatting with others all the time and was not very attentive. After checking in, we found that there was no air conditioning in the room and it was too cold. We asked for room service, and they sent us a hot air blower, but we felt that the blower was too noisy and we couldn't sleep, so we asked for two quilts. After staying for two nights, we felt that it was not right to spend the money of a four-star hotel to stay in a hotel without air conditioning, so we asked for customer service again, but we were told that the air conditioning had been repaired a day ago, but no one helped us turn on the air conditioning in the room, which made us cold for one more night. We were angry. Ctrip communicated with the hotel on our behalf throughout the whole process, and the service was very good. They also compensated us for the two nights without air conditioning. We were satisfied with Ctrip's service.

All great: from the location just a few minutes from the historic center to the courtesy of the staff. Large and spacious room with all the comforts. Exceptional paid breakfast and pleasant rooftop pool for relaxing. Alla proxima vez Sevilla!
