環境很好，前台香薰很好聞，前台服務熱情，態度很好，電梯安全，房間安全，房間衞生乾淨，隔音很好，空調很好用，洗澡水也大，很舒服，早餐好吃，品種很多，停車免費的，晚上還有保安看着很安全，推薦，還有免費的高鐵站接送服務，下次來體驗一下

還可以 就是隔音效果不是很好 對一個縣城便捷酒店要求不能太高 尤其是春節期間 提高的早餐能吃飽 停車就在樓下的便道 有保安值班

服務很好，很熱情，有高鐵站免費接送，特別好房間很乾凈，很大寬敞，洗澡水很大，熱水出的很快，很舒服，電視頻道也很多，空調很好用，早餐很好吃，品種很多，有雞湯米粉，還有烤熱狗，特別好，推薦一家人入住

環境：每次回東安都選擇這家城市便捷酒店，酒店門口有停車位，離動車站也不遠，提供接送站服務（需要提前預訂）我們有自駕，還有動車來的，都很方便。周邊餐廳選擇很多，酒店前台小姐姐給推薦了幾家當地特色餐廳，適合吃貨的家人們。開新能源車來，旁邊有縣行政中心超充站，步行回酒店也就10分鐘，開車5分鐘，很便捷。
設施：床很舒服，我姐很認床的人都説好睡；我最喜歡淋浴水壓夠力，洗頭洗澡太舒服啦，酒店提供的護髮素也很愛（前台領取）如果衞生間多個放衣服的掛鈎或架子會更好，每次衣服脱下來衹能放馬桶蓋上；WiFi信號穩定，空調也給力。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，特別洗手枱和衞生間，邊邊角角的衞生都做得很乾凈，這也是我一直選擇住這家的重要原因之一。
服務：這次訂了五間房，感謝成經理幫忙安排相鄰兩個樓層，方便我們照顧長者和孩子；每次經過前台，員工都會熱情打招呼，有什麼需求和疑問，都耐心地解答，服務態度很好👍🏻
