這次入住酒店的體驗令人失望至極，尤其是服務環節存在諸多嚴重問題。從第一天入住起，使用過的浴袍被隨意堆放在換鞋凳上，直至第四天退房，始終無人更換、收取或整理，這樣的疏忽實在不應該。更令人難以接受的是，服務員竟用清潔完廁所的拖把來打掃房間，導致室內瀰漫著刺鼻異味。當我向服務員反映這一情況時，對方不僅沒有任何歉意，甚至未採取任何補救措施，直到臨走前才輕飄飄地反駁一句“我剛洗的拖布怎麼會臭”隨後轉身離開，完全無視客人的合理訴求。此外，房間內的細碎殘渣也一直未被清理乾淨，衞生狀況堪憂。酒店的隔音效果也十分糟糕，嚴重影響休息。若非這鎮上衹有這一家酒店，剩餘是旅館、賓館類型，實在不會入住多日。從服務、衞生到隔音，各項體驗均未達到同價位酒店的基礎標準，高昂的定價與實際品質存在巨大落差，難以讓人覺得物有所值。

酒店性價比不高，各方麪條件都很一般線下訂過這家的豪華雙床房，雙床房滿屋都是新裝修完的味道刺鼻悶頭，前台服務真的很差，這次來訂的豪華大床房空間很大，衞生做的並不是很好，前台服務態度還是一如既往的差，單間房間沒有那麼多的板材味道沒有那麼大，但是衞生做得不是很乾凈進門就看見衞生間門口一大層灰塵
