"Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. We are riding our bikes on the Danube and they provide secure bike parking. Room was spacious and spotless and the bathroom was awesome and larger than most you will find. There is also a great restaurant downstairs."

"Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with our last experience at this hotel. Due to an unfortunate booking error, we accidentally reserved the wrong date (February 7–9, 2025 instead of March 7–9, 2025). When we realized the error, we asked the hotel for a concession and were willing to pay for one night. Unfortunately, we were simply told that these were the applicable terms and conditions and that they would try to resell the room – which seemed unconvincing… Even though the rooms remained unused and no services (Wi-Fi, spa, meals, etc.) were used, we were charged 90% of the stay. As returning guests, we would have expected a little more consideration. Instead, we were treated strictly according to guidelines, with no understanding of the misunderstanding. This experience was very disappointing for us, and we would have preferred a more customer-friendly solution. We will not recommend this hotel under these circumstances."

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is not a single positive aspect of my 3-night stay. The room itself was quite good, although not properly cleaned, while the bathroom was small and outdated. No disposable amenities were provided (e.g., shower gel, shower cap, comb), only hand soap. There was no room service and no minibar. Housekeeping was completely absent: nobody tidied our room, changed the linen, or cleaned the bathroom during our entire stay. Towels were never replaced, and no additional toilet paper was supplied. Since we were three people in the room, we had to repeatedly ask staff for more—and they did not speak any English at all. The dietary requirements of our group (no gluten and no lactose) were ignored both at dinner and breakfast. There were no options for celiac guests and no lactose-free products available. For the kids, the kitchen was not flexible enough (in general, a true lack of flexibility in all the aspects…..) to prepare a simple pasta with tomato sauce the first day we arrived. The F&B staff, very young (and barely English-speaking), seemed completely left on their own: no director, maître, or any supervisor was present at any time. If you needed for more water (not bottled, just tap water) or even bread— fairly basic things —you have to pay an additional fee. The tablecloth at our table remained the same for all three days, both at breakfast and at dinner (I noticed 3 little stains the first night we had dinner.. And the stains remained there for all the meals!!). The reception closes at 8:00 PM, and the keys were left on the desk completely unattended—unbelievable for a hotel. If you needed to contact the Reception…. You had to go downstairs, since no telephone was available in the room. The SPA and the pool were not presented as hotel amenities by the Reception lady during our (very quick) check-in, hence it is not possible to evaluate it at all!!"

"The hotel is a gastronomic restaurant (recommended by Michelin) which offers a few rooms above the restaurant. The place is quiet (residential neighborhood), there is a parking, and of course the restaurant, or for a less expensive version a bar / brewery that offers salads and burgers. The staff is competent and very pleasant and serviceable, always very available and careful. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."

"Just home from a 10 night business trip. Hotel is well situated and has wonderful views across the small airfield. There are no late flights so this doesn't effect sleep. There is plenty of parking. Food and drink are great with very large portion sizes. Could do with a steak or burger being added to the menu but that's just my preference. Hotel is very clean and modern with loads of seats both inside and out on the terraced area. Rooms again good size clean and modern. Beds are large and comfy. There is a television chair desk and adequate wardrobe space (extra hangers are available in the reception area) WiFi is good There is also a lift to take you to your room. Conference rooms are also available. And now to the best part of this hotel..... The staff Everyone works so hard despite it being a very busy week and there being a bit of a language barrier they all were so nice and helped as best they could I must take this opportunity to single out 1 member of staff Loranna (sorry didn't catch your surname) who works in the bar/restaurant. For the whole stay this person went out of her way to ensure the party I was with got amazing service, any issues were resolved quickly and all done with a lovely smile and happiness and I hope if we return you will still be there. "
