Ginger Dona Paula is excellent place to stay for couples and families and even if you are traveling solo. The reception staff Aknur is very helpful and friendly. Their other staffs Manish and Ram from restaurant are extremely helpful and courteous. Their other team of Arjun Singh and Nimi Thakur are very friendly and kind as well.
Overall if you want a peaceful, neat and clean, and no headache place with great food and swimming pool and ambience I highly recommend Ginger Dona Paula. Keep up the great work.

The first hotel in my life that didn’t have a lift. They don’t write on the website or while booking. Rooms have a lot of dust. Staff don’t listen. WiFi is not working. I told them I have a dust allergy, but the staff don’t want to help. Don’t come here Ginger in the name of Taj.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very welcoming. The staf is helpful and caring. The housekeeping was thorough and subtle (Dipendu, Nimmi and Alok made my stay ever so pleasant).

Stay was amazing, enjoyed every moment at the hotel. The staff is very disciplined, even the quality of food is good with genuine price. Both the receptionists (morning and evening) were so friendly. In short, this is the best place to stay I can recommend. P.S.: wifi internet speed can be increased as it was slow at the hotel
