The ladies working here are wonderful, kind and patient. They use Google translate to communicate. Lots of patience needed but it is an area to take your time. The room was stylish but we found it very dark and cold. No duvet cover. It is an amazing setting but in a valley next to the water so you don't get much sunshine and everythingis naturally damp. That might be useful for escaping hot days. It is difficult to get around without your own transport here but the staff will help you. The cafe was under construction during our stay although we could order food for delivery. A surprise was that there were very few bugs and rarely any mosquitos. Thank you to the lovely staff.

I recently stayed at Voraman B One (car stay) and had a deeply troubling experience that I feel compelled to share. First and foremost, this property is severely overpriced for the quality it offers. The pictures on the website are misleading; they do not accurately represent the state of the rooms or the overall condition of the property. During my stay, I encountered significant issues with mould, which ultimately led to a life-threatening allergic reaction. I had to leave the hospital after suffering from anaphylactic shock, and I am incredibly fortunate that my girlfriend was able to drive me there in time for an adrenaline injection. Had I remained in the hotel for another night, I genuinely fear for my life. I attempted to speak with the staff about changing my room to avoid further exposure, but they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my health concerns. Additionally, there was no hot water during my stay, which added to the overall discomfort. To make matters worse, the owner has been trying to evade any responsibility regarding the situation, despite numerous attempts by travel agents to contact him for a resolution. The lack of assistance and disregard for guest safety is unacceptable. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying here until these serious issues are addressed. Your health and safety should always come first.
