"We spent two days at Teheran Boutique Hotel and would have loved to stay longer. I am pretty sure that it is the nicest hotel in Dogubayazit. The rooms were very clean, nicely furnished, spacious and with a balcony overlooking the city. The breakfasts were tasty and all the staff very friendly. We also completely fell in love with the city of Dogubayazit and especially with the people who live there. We spent a fantastic holiday in Turkey with our family, but we will remember this city especially for the warmth and kindness of the people. We experienced so much hospitality and so much kindness from them... I hope we will be able to return there soon and when we do, we will definitely choose Teheran Boutique Hotel again."

It has its own yard, but the house is probably finished or under construction. The nuance of a shared toilet and shower is significant for me, but I didn't pay attention to this when booking, which is my fault. You can order lunch, breakfast, and dinner for an additional fee. The hostess, by the way, prepared an excellent lunch. The hosts are friendly. A very important point is that this guesthouse is confused with a restaurant, and there is such a street in Yerevan, and this is the village of Musaler (but this is more a question for the transfer provider, why they don't provide the full address). Therefore, I had some confusion during the transfer. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Conclusion, as for me, if you need a budget option and If you need an overnight stay between flights and it's only 10 minutes from Zvartnots Airport, you can definitely book it."

"This is our second stay. The first time, we were put in room 2, which was a bit chilly but clean. The bedroom windows faced the courtyard, which was great since the other rooms faced the road. The hotel was a real delight the first time – it's a 15-minute walk from the airport, easy to find, etc. We happily booked this hotel for our second visit for $60 (with the request to be put in room 2), and we were hugely disappointed. Upon arrival, we spent a long time searching for our reservation, couldn't find our trip.com reservation, then were offered/found a room without windows, and it smelled strange. We asked for another room, but were given room 7, which had a window that didn't close properly, and there were some gnats and another smell. We probably should have contacted the management and canceled the reservation, but we were tired and left, which we regretted. I request that the hotel owner indicate in the room description that the room has no windows, or somehow indicate that the economy rooms and the good rooms are different. We'd rather pay extra for a better room than suffer in uncomfortable conditions. Next time, we'll stay at Zvartnots, as we did before. It's a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and there are plenty of places to walk, good cafes, and other amenities. This hotel, however, is a gamble: some rooms are decent, others not so good."
