The room size is OK. I don't know if it's because I haven't stayed in this room for a long time. One is that it's dusty. The most unbearable thing is that the bed smells and I didn't sleep well.
But later, when I came back from the Great Ocean Road, I stayed in another room of the same type for two nights. The bed was very good and there was no smell. So it is recommended to check it before checking in and ask to change the room in time if you are not satisfied.
The location of the hotel is very good. The supermarket is 200 meters away, CW is next to the supermarket, and the free tram is within 100 meters. It's less than 200rmb to take a taxi to Melbourne Airport. Avalon is a little further away and it's about 350rmb. If there are three people, it's more cost-effective to take a taxi than to take the skybus.

Most of our planned activities was within the CBD, when i was searching for accommodation in CBD, i was concerned by the noise at night though. This location is prefect, close to CBD while was so peaceful and quiet. Taking advantage of free tram, it was better than expected.

Overall pleasant experience. Room and bed were clean l, aircon works well.
Location is near waterfront city and only a tram ride into central Melbourne.
Only con was that the sewer smell from bathroom is noticeable, just need maintenance to pour some draino down the sink and drains to clear it.
