Nedskidt hotel tæt ved vej - og langt fra sø
Noget nedslidt hotel lokaliseret tæt på trafikeret vej. Maden fra restauranten var kedelig og vær opmærksom på at om søndagen er der ikke a la carte menu. Hotellet ligger knap 2 km fra søen, så billedet fra hotellet med udsigt til søen er misvisende selvom man som gæst på hotellet har adgang til et område ved søen.
Personale var meget venlige og der var god service under de givne omstændigheder.

Wir waren in einem von den beiden Apartments. Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht davon! Vor allem für den Preis von 200 Euro pro Nacht ohne Verpflegung…. Die Einrichtung ist ur alt und vieles kaputt! Wenn man das Fenster öffnen will, hat man es leider komplett in der Hand, was echt lebensgefährlich ist! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit zum Verdunkeln der Räume! Wenn man die weißen durchsichtigen Vorhänge weg ziehen möchte zum öffnen der Fenster, ist man nicht in der Lage sie wieder in Position zu bringen, weil alles abreißt! Aber über all das hätten wir hinweggesehen, weil wir ja nur zum Schlafen dort waren. ABER….. die Sauberkeit!!!!! Ich habe noch nie so viel Schmutz am Boden von einem frisch bezogenen Apartment gesehen. Unter dem Esstisch wurde bestimmt vom Vorgänger, wenn in den letzten zwei Jahren jemand da war, geputzt!!! Und ich hab noch nie in meinem Leben so viele Spinnweben auf einem Ort gesehen! Am ersten Abend waren wir echt lange damit beschäftigt, Weberknechte und Spinnen zu entsorgen! Das Bad wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber. Bis ich den Zahnputzbecher umgedreht habe um die Bürsten hinein zu geben. 🤮🤮🤮 Wir kommen bestimmt nicht wieder! Schade um jeden Cent!

Se vogliamo parlare di camere e sale varie direi fantastico, peccato per la cosa più importante. Mi sono trovata in questo hotel con un gruppo organizzato, che aveva comunicato all' hotel della mia celiaca, ma arrivata a cena in cucina nessuno sapeva nulla e a malapena mi hanno saputo indicare cosa potessi mangiare nel buffet (tra cui un dolce con i biscotti, che ovviamente non ho mangiato). Speravo nella colazione del giorno seguente, si saranno organizzati, ho aspettato 15 minuti che il pane si scongelasse. Per non parlare della seconda cena a base di riso in bianco e pata (e ovviamente ancora tutti stupiti della mia richiesta). Unica cosa positiva, per la seconda colazione una ragazza si è ricordata di me e mi ha fatto trovare il pane già pronto. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative, ma ricevo più opzioni in posti in cui vado senza avvisare e siccome da celiaca guardo spesso nelle recensioni per capire cosa aspettarmi spero di essere utile a qualcuno come me.

Ich habe über eine Plattform einen Reisegutschein für dieses Hotel gekauft. Leider ziemlich zu beginn von Corona - sollte ja schnell überwunden sein war die damalige Annahme. Dem war leider nicht so und wir haben es nicht geschafft den Gustchein einzulösen. Ich habe dann mit dem Hotel Kontalt aufgenommen und wurde relativ unfreundlich abgewimmelt. An eine Verlängerung bzw. irgendeine Art bon Kulanzlösung für beide Parteien war nicht im entferntesten zu denken. Es kamen plumpe Antworten und Floskeln ohne jegliches entgegenkommen. Dürfte also ein tolles Hotelmanagment sein. Da die Gutscheinplattform auf das Hotel verweist und dieses so Kundenfreundlich wie oben geschildert ist habe ich nun den Konsumenteschutz sowie Ombudsmann eingeschaltet. Sollte alles nichts bringen werde ich alle rechtlich möglichen Schritte einleiten. Gerade durch Corona und die ach so arme Hotellerie die von der Regierung durchgefüttert wurde hätte ich etwas mehr Verständnis erwartet.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel mit guter Küche ( Halbpension zu empfehlen). Zimmer neu renoviert, gute Matratze. Hunde erlaubt, Preis pro Hund unabhängig von der Größe 15€ pro Nacht ohne irgendeinen Service ( keine Hundedecke, Leckerli etc). Preis sollte nach Größe angepasst werden. Wunderschönes Strandbad in ca 15 min Fußweg am Millstätter See.

VI sono stato in situazione di fortuna causa rottura auto , ma nel complesso un buon hotel accogliente, la prima parola che mi viene, vi ho anche cenato e non è stato male. Buona esperienza ,unica pecca la stanza era un pochino fredda .
