Overall good value for money
However, points still need to be improved, such as the quality of certain infrastructures (I inherited an old, slightly rusty fridge, for example). But honestly, for the price, the meals, the swimming pools, the entertainment, the snacks, the availability of the staff, we shouldn't complain too much. it was overall a good stay. I will recommend, except for a few small details that can be accommodated if you are not super demanding

Having arrived only 48hrs ago with a 2 week stay planned, we were advised by our driver on the airport transfer that Midoun was experiencing a regional water shortage but hotels weren’t affected. Only a day later and without warning, we had no running water at all to wash, shower or even flush the toilet. All public toilets in the hotel were closed until the water supply was restored, which it was on this occasion, within an hour. However this has reoccurred twice more in the past 24hrs, impacting on holiday as we cannot shower (in 40+ degree heat) nor flush the toilet, so are having carefully plan when we use the loo! Although it is appreciated that the hotel cannot control this, there was no warning before our arrival and speaking to other guests, this has been happening for the past week at least! I wish we had been advised of this before our departure! Our holiday company have offered no resolution and the hotel cannot offer any guidance on when it may resume, even when explaining the risk of not being able to flush a toilet. Having paid a significant amount of money for our first holiday in 2 years, we are truly devastated. Apparently other areas in Tunisia are less affected so if you can, I would highly recommend contacting your tour operator to move your holiday from Djerba.

Après plusieurs années passé au Djerba aqua resort que dire à par que nous sommes rester 11 jours du 29 juin au 9 juillet 2025 et déçu d'être rentrée en France nous y serions bien rester encore cette hôtel et magnifique chambre rénové au top le personnels toujours sympathique souriant que ce soit à la réception a la restauration les jardinier le personnels de chambre ainsi que les barmans mais plus particulièrement à Adel Habib et omrane au césar sinon au ́niveau restauration toujours au top et chef au top dommage qui n'est plus les plats à l'extérieur ça donner du charme en plus.Ensuite au ́niveau animation animateur que dire on ́avait une appréhension par rapport à ceux de l'année dernière mais sincèrement pas déçu équipe vraiment au top du top notre momo fifi calidou siska zarko aziz nassim et tout les autres ainsi que les italiens qui cette année on était top par rapport à ceux de l'année dernière sans oublier le chef letfi. On peut que recommander cette hôtel à l'année prochaine

Djerba Aqua Resort is a very convenient hotel with a large number of good and average rooms. But you will be surprised it is not excessively big/extra large with loads of people staying there. If you arrive there and you are not satisfied with your room and amenities, please speak to the reception, they are more than happy to change your room. The air condition is centrally operated, but it is set to give a pleasant outcome. The premises are not as big as you would expect, thus, you do not have to queue for meal nor for benches at the beach. The dining experience is one of the best in the Mediterranean. The chefs - there are two Tunisians and one Italian - they are of the best cooks ever, in this hotel you will experience the best cuisine in Tunisia, not excessively spicy not excessively sweet and everything fresh. Just imagine you are faced daily twice with the best sea food selection, shrimps and giant shrimps two times per day. The beach is around 200 m, but it is not far, you need to go around LE PIRATE Aqua Park which is very good, separate but you get free access as hotel guest, the beach benches you will find free at any time of the day. Average to poor is the animation program, but I do not really care, this is not important for me.

Nous venons juste de rentrer d'un séjour dans cet hôtel du 9 au 23 juillet. Nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances où nous avons pu profiter, déconnecter et aussi nous amuser. La restauration est très correcte, les buffets très variés avec des soirées à thèmes. Il y a parfois des files d'attente à certains stands comme pour le poisson, la pizza ou les grillades mais rien d' insurmontable. La chambre était très correcte, en cours de rénovation sauf pour la salle de bain qui manquait d'entretien. Le ménage était fait de manière convenable. Un bémol pour notre chambre 279 qui se situait à l'arrière de l'hôtel, proche de l'hôtel d'à côté, très bruyant (musique très fort le soir et va et vient de camions le matin). Au niveau des activités, nous sommes passés par l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié le jet ski, le quad et le dromadaire. Dommage que les environs soient sales par contre... L'excursion vers Tataouine était très bien également mais par contre nous avons eu très chaud ! A éviter en juillet août je pense même si nous avons vu des choses magnifiques (lac salé, dunes, village berbère et Star Wars). Et pour terminer bien sûr l'animation ! Super ! Bravo à cette équipe toujours souriante et qui veut toujours bien faire avec les moyens du bord. Merci au chorégraphe des spectacles Zyko, Pikachu, Kamidou, Omar et bien sûr Momo ! Merci pour ces belles vacances sous le soleil.
